These are three keywords to be used for a general description of our production.

The manufacturing is located in the industrial zone at Yuhang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
It is an 18000 square meters plant including workshops, lab, office, warehouse, employee dormitory, etc.
The workshops are under management by following 5S and requirements from business partners such as IKEA, H&M, etc.
Highly automated and clean process of manufacturing since 2012. The production line automation has greatly improved our productivity, and it makes us support our clients with lower costs and faster delivery. The whole production process is eco and clean compared to traditional PU leather or vinyl production in the synthetic leather industry.
The nonsolvent RIM resin is coated through a mold-free injection process. During this process, no polluted water or air is caused.
All our manufacturing crew is well trained before taking the post.
Everyone does their job with common corporate values in mind.
And the clients' needs and benefits come first.
And doing each post properly is a solid action working up the value we cherish.
Each production batch is properly recorded on the inspection data during the production by following ISO9001 quality system requirements.
All the batches will again be inspected when separating small rolls from big rolls. And finally, each roll will be packed and transferred to the warehouse.
Before shipping, the samples from the production batch will be tested in an all-around way by following the earlier stage confirmed product technical datasheet.
And enough samples will still be kept in the production batch samples room for sake of traceability.
